This breathtaking evening dress is crafted from layer upon layer of tulle, covered by dot pattern and features an off-the-shoulder neckline and a lightly padded sweetheart bodice with hidden boning and short sleeves. A high waist tops a tea length layered midi skirt for a regal finish.
